Default v-8 supra???

i am considering a 350 v-8 conversion in an 83 supra, has this ever been done to anyone's knowledge. if so how difficult will this possibly become.

350 has been done in MkIII Supras maybe once or twice. Its not worth it unless you already have everything to do it

I saw a late 80's supra at the local track that had a ls1 onboard. not sure how he did it.. but it was fast as hell.

I didnt talk to him or anything... ran high 7's (1/8th) consistantly.

2nd gens are faaar lighter than 3rd and 4th. 2nd gens are in the 2XXX lb range, 2600-2800 IIRC
