Location of fuel pump step down or driver module

Hey guys,need some help if possible,working on a 03' IS 300,needing to know where the module is that toyota uses to alter the voltage to the fuel pump.

can you just re-wire and run the usual relay and direct power for the new pump or is there some kind of fuel flow meter?
