After Lakeland Toyota made me pay for my MR2 all over again for replacing the radiator and Temp sending unit, my A/C no longer works!

Toyota tells me that when they connected the fan switch for the radiator the A/C switch got bypassed somehow. Also, the fans never shut off while the car is running. Something is not wired correctly.... Toyota says that its been "Hot wired" some how and they will not touch it.

Anyone have any idea how I can get my A/C wired up to work and have the fans turn on when its suppose to instead of all the time being on? Those fans are sure loud.
