Hey guys, I wanna just put in a stock 4age blue/red top into my rolla. Where can i get everything I need without spending an arm/leg? How much would I be lookin at moneywise?

 

from me i have every thing you need cause i was going to do the swap and now changed course i am going 3tc w/ cam, headers and holley

 

i can sell you everything for 250 but you will need to do a rebuild on the engine cause it has bad piston rings
but you would need to do that any way cause you don't put anything that has not been rebuilt in in to a swap it would suck

Well I know it should bolt right in. I'm saying Other than the engine,ecu, and wires. Is there anything else specifically I would need? I'm going to check out cophers on Saturday. Joe that seems a little too step for me. 250$ plus a rebuild can run me alot more then what I would like to spend.

if your gonna get an engine
i would highly suggest a rebuild if its over 100000 miles
and in that case
might as well build it up so you won't have to do it later


i was gonna do all that crap and have a nice redtop with head package and bottom end kit

realized i could get a realiable 20 v for about the same price
and its already itb'd

thats why im just gonna spend the extra money on a 20v and be done with it

 

you pretty much proved my point n2o. I'd rather dump money into a my 3s rather then building up a 4a red top. No offense but I would get more bang for my buck dropping it into a 3s.
