Hi yall, i'm looking for gt owners so i can get parts. I have my motor done, I'm running a 5efhe/4efte hybrid! i just want to know if there are any local dealers that i might be able to get parts from just in case my car dies or something. Also does anyone know where i can find an importer for a Toyota Sera? I want the gullwing doors to put on my 1st gen paseo. Also if your in the brandon/tampa area hit me up on AIM and we can chill, i can show you my machine! my sn is boostedpaseo . I know there are TR starlet gt drivers out there i've seen you! Dont want to be an ass or anything, but the Sera doors are actually "butterfly wing". Gullwing doors were only one three production cars, the Mercedes Benz 3OOSL gullwing initially, then the DeLorean DMC-12 and the Bricklin.

Also, I'm not sure if they are direct bolt on. Sera to me looks like a 2G MR-2/Paseo combo. I know its not 100% Paseo

 

i know that i'm going to cut and "mold" them in place. And i'm going to make the roof stonger to support the newly added weight.

 

That should be interesting. I'm 15 and long ago planned on gullwinging an Mk3.

All of us in this forum know how much some of us dont like others already. And I'm not saying it isnt warranted, but it dosent need to be cheapshotted in every single thread that certain people post in.

I thought I was going to be President when I grew up, it was unrealistic but it was an idea, OZ has the right to say he wanted to gullwing a car when he was 15 regardless of his previous experience or antics.

Um...no no no, I was 14 when I had the idea, but I am still going to use it. I've looked over a few Mk3's, and so long as I have the tools, it really shouldnt be a problem further than the weather-stripping, hydrolic struts, and "connecting rods"

We're just messing around. Originally, I always thought Kirk was cool. Then we had a little dispute (actually, btw, can you unban me plzkthnx!1) and we've been okay since. He treats me like everyone else, so you really dont need to single him out

I too did notice that when you Google'd Sera, you'd find plenty of Asian chicks liking on them . I did know about them previously though....guess how....yes I googled Toyota gullwing...

 

Yeah i knew of them cause thats were i got my motor from. I then added the turbo manifold, CT-9, downpipe, therm housing, oil pan, TMIC, and then modded the ecu to take the boost.
