It sounds to me that you just need to research the car you are wanting to buy a little more. An 800rwhp car is not something you can just build shortly. YOu are taking about THOUSANDS of dollars to build the motor. And also, yes the blocks can handle up to 800rwhp. But you would be stupid not to build the block if you are wanting to drop that kind of number. You would be talking about a 600+ rwhp daily driver. And you are going to trust the stock internal HAHA. I swapped the Supra TT block into my car for the strenght of it. Hell first thing I did when only going for around 700rwhp was swap the internals out. Then you need to build a fuel system( Stand alone, injectors, bigger fuel rail, Dual fuel pumps). This is all aside from the more than 4k to just get started with a basic turbo kit for the car.
Once you build this car then you have to pay a tuner to dial the car in, pay for MASSIVE amounts of dyno time. And this is all IF the car holds up and shit doesnt start breaking.
I just talking from personal experience with building my IS300. More power = More maintence, I understand you want to build this fast ass 800rwhp supra, but there are MUCH more things to think about costs wise when taking on a 800rwhp project. When all is said and done you will easily see that you have spent more than 15k to just make something go fast. I could go on and on...
If I were you Id keep the Z go twin turbo. Beautiful car you got, but you wont realize that till its gone and you are in debt with a project and not a car to get to and from places when you need to.
Just my 2 cents.

4k will get you a nice little BPU car probably making shy of 400RWHP.. It doesn't matter if you get the parts for costs that what I get mine for and I have way over 20k just on mods THIS year and its been single turbo for over two years... there is probably 70k laying around in my car between parts and labor. Shit my wheels alone cost over 5k.
