ok, i don't know where your going to get a manifold for a 4a with a ct-26 flange, yo might try www.club4ag.com for that. most manifolds for the 4ag turbo are custom anyway. i think the ct-26 would be a little to big for a 4ag. if you are going to use a toyota turbo i would go with the turbo off of a 22rte or the JDm 3tgte. if the ct-26 you have is from a 3sgte it will be better then a 7mgte ct-26.

doing a turbo ae86 means that everything has to be custom. now if you go with the HKS manifold and use a sr20det t-25/28 you could use and adapt parts to make it work instead of having to fabricate from scratch. intercoolers and piping is all custom. no one that i know of makes a kit for the corolla. just use the stock ae86 intake manifold. it will flow enough. taka's 400hp ae86 had the stock intake manifold.

you can get around 225 or so to the wheels with a t-25 and believe me a corolla with 225 to the wheels will be fast enough.

Once you're at 200hp prepare to replace everything. Becuase stuff will start breaking fast!

Once you surpass 180RWHP on a stock bluetop expect to get a GZE . Your rod will be hanging about 3"s out of your block . and the High pressure cast 9.4:1 pistons Do not take to detonation very kindly .

Get a 42mm main bottom those use the same rods as the GZE . Get some GZE pistons , 310cc 7MGE N/A Supra injectors , Megasquirt w/EDIS , Aeromotive FPR , HKS T25 Manifold , T25/T28 off an SR like Bill said . Use a Small NPR FMIC its a good size adn is good for 30+psi .

If your good at junkyarding/getting deals on forums etc you should be able to get everything for around 1k or so . Then figure 150 for piping , 50-100 for a DP , 200 for a exhuast and probally another 75 $'s at Amazon hose for turbo lines etc .

This setup should be good for around 220rwhp then your going to need to upgrade the injectors for more fuel .

The T50 is going to grenade itself alot at this power level as well . get a W58 bell housing adapter . You'll thank yourself in the long run . I belive the guy is still selling them on Club4AG for 150-200 .
