Oh okay I get what you are saying Andy. I've heard that people that do that, the turbo just cancels out the supercharger, it really isnt worth the 2-3k RPMs that you get full boost with, but if he did a big ass turbo than that would be awesome to twin charge.

 

actually ive decided to just throw in a 3sgte 5 speed into my 1mzfe automatic

xat told me 4800 for install, engine and tranny, customizations
and another 2200 for the engine crossmember, manual transmision components, and other bs

so $7000 into a $9000 car which would make my retail about $6000

Yeah, the 3s-gte is neato, but no amount of money is going to make it provide the power and strength to make a FWD 4-door run 10's.

This is a different battle. Slap it with a 2JZ. The cost of the 3S would be the same. If not, you could still easily do 1JZ instead and you wouldnt have to worry about removing the firewall and wedging the radiator and FMIC in front.

plus the suspension is already done, except replacement of worn parts and swap bars
