I just wanted to say, that I am now proud to be part of the Toyota Community. I just bought an 88 Supra Turbo w/ sports package. Its not completely stock, has Tanabe downpipe, Blitz Bov, and full catback exhaust. But I do look forward to meeting you all, and I thank the lord I'm out of my FWD days.

Yeah, mine needs some cosmetic work, and I want to do a 5spd conversion...not liking the auto tranny. Also the car was originally from Canada so everything is in Kilometers..lol says like 240 for the speed, its pretty cool...somethin different. and I bought the car for grand and it only has like 127k on it...so honestly I think I got a steal...I know my girlfriend doesn't approve she says its too loud..lol

 

haha, well if you need any tech info I suggest you get over to www.supraforums.com they will have all the info you ever need to get your car where you want it. have you replaced the head gasket? if not get to supraforums and do a search the HG on these cars blow like yosemitie (sp) yeah the auto is boring..im asuming you got the targa so enjoy it I have a rare hardtop w/ sports package..
