ya the celica engine is an 89, its only the engine. i was also woundering if it will work for rear wheel drive corolla 84 sr5?
ya i wanted to know home much is the engine worth and how much it would cost to get it put in to my car for?

not really, youd be better off using some form of 4ag.

89 celica... sounds like a S series motor. Never came in a rwd car (except the altezza), so making fiting one in a rwd car requires a lot of custom work. There is a reason you don't see many 3sgte powered ae86's - If it was a simple swap they would be everywhere.

Basicly that engine is worthless for a ae86.

get some 750cc suzuki quad bodies
1mm larger valves
uprgraded cams and valve springs
haltech or microtes EMS

you will be much happier

well thanks for all the help i really apprecaite it. i guess thats not even a second thought. oh well i guess ill just sell my 86. For sale corolla 84 sr5! Come get it while its hot!
