tech help needed ASAP
just got this 88 supra turbo,
it needed alot of work.
we replaced the hg, alot of hoses (car would barely run when we got it)
we did a compression test and everything was fine but cylinder 3 has 0 compression... so we did the hg then put everything back togeather....
now we still get 0 compression in cylinder 3 and the car wont turn over...we checked everything, getting air, and fuel, and spark
what can be the cause of this???
thanks for the help

warped head, srtipped threads in the spark plug hole, fubar'ed valve seats.
was the cylinder wall all tore up on #3? did the piston look to be in good shape? were the valves sealing to the head?

valves were fine, cylinder 3 was fine, piston was fine everything was perfect,
i would just crank and try to turn over.i was told that it might not be getting spark?

If anyone knows these motors and thinks they can help out i would be eternally greatfull!!
let me know
let me know
spark doesmt matter with the zero compression on 3. ther is a serious problem there. pull a plug and keep the wire on it and hold it against the block(hold the insulated cap, not the plug it self) and have someone turn it over. check for spark.

either way, that head has got to come back off. You might as well get started on that, and drop it off at a machine shop to get checked and trued if needed. Pray it's not too warped if it is.
Also have them check the valve seats and valves, everything in the head to be sure it's all in working order.
