Took the turd, I mean turbo to Charlie at CMR and the shaft is fuckt, so i got another one really cheap and that shaft is fuckt too.
Im not taking this car close to ashley and whoever else worked on it before, because there were a lot of things that I didnt like when I saw them once I got the engine out. Ashleys a cool guy though, doubt he remembers me, but hes cool non the less.
**edit** i may stop by there and see what they have..
Felix's older Bro has given me a few good things though, so for now im set (kinda)
Cant wait to get my project on the road and to a stage of completion.
Oh yeah this car wont look like felix's once im totally done

He doesn't seem like hes into the Supras anymore.. he really couldn't do much on that car anymore.. and I don't blame him.
Its going to cost you alot of work and monmey but it can be done. Ask Tito about that exhaust system and see if he has it for sale anymore.

Last Time I talked to him he was swapping the 5spd tranny in.
And yeah those guys know how to rig stuff up alright
As far as the exhaust im taken care of. Titos was sweet as hell back in the day.... We used to go out all the time, now I only see him every so often, but I may go visit his big headed cousind Hector in a week during gator growl.

I was referring to Felix I was surprised when he showed up at my house out of nowhere, I havent talked to that fool in a long time
Hopefully he gets back into it, we need more supra people to hang out with that don't have broken down cars

The last time I talked to him, a few days or a week agao, he was on a quest to get another one. I think he should let me do any work thats going to be done on that one also...LOl

I think tubro charging this engine is not only more money but nt all that nice to look at do to the intake manifold going over the head. I found the soarer front clip for 2k, you cant beat that.
I just did the TT front and rear brake conversion. Im doing the supra front seats and steering wheel next. as far as the outside, IM DONE...
I guess I'll see you guys at the next toyota(supra) meet I have alot of learning to do with this car

Yea it will be a little more money to go NA-T on this motor but on the long run you will be making more power. The 1JZ makes a little bit of more power than the regular NA motor, not to mention the wiring fun you are going to have 
. Going ot look nice definately when its finished, first 1JZ SC300 I'll see in person.
I tried coming by your shop yesterday but you looked busy and I was in a hurry to get to Tampa Bay Auto Sounds so they can look at my alarm since its acting funny. I'd definately like to check out the ride sometime. How much did the TT brakes run you?
As for for the throttle body running over the head on the 2JZ-GE - They make 2JZ-GTE-like intake manifolds for these motors, I can get them for about 500 and the stock TB still fits on it perfect.
Dyno run with that intake manifold on an NA-T:
