What would be the best header to use, for max torque?

I have seen the Pacesetter for $199.

I heard Downing is a good brand, but I can't find them on the net, maybe I am just lame?


Is a header going to decrease my low end TQ or raise it?

I am not looking for HP, I want TQ...I want pullin power.

 

Overall depending on the primary and collector size it will probally decrease low end torque .

If your just looking to get a few down low maybe bump your timming a degree or 2 , I do know the downing is suppost to give gains across the boards , I do not know if it si still in production though
