I would do something cheap until you decide how serious you want to autox. Later if you want to get serious, you can buy a competitive car.

Bluetop motors are known to be autocrossed on motors with well over 200k . It's probally one of the msot reliable motors Toyota ever made .

The redtop is drop in but it depends on if its a MAP or AFM redtop .

Redtop is 10.3:1 compression , smallport head for better intake velocity . You can also swap in the GZE out of either a SC MR2 or a Levin/Trueno with a GZE from japan
