The 93-98 Supras come with 2 different engines, both pretty much the same but different setup...
The Twin Turbo model comes with the 2JZ-GTE motor, non turbo comes with the 2JZ-GE... You cannot just add the intake/exhaust manidolf with the twin turbos on the GE head - to the best of my knowledge the intake and exhaust manifold bolt patterns are different, as is the wiring involved. The 2JZ-GE motor has a distributor while the GTE has a CPS.....
If what you want is a Twin turbo model from an NA the best way is just to do a complete swap... sell the 2JZ-GE and transmission with wiring and get the TT harness, motor, tranny, driveshaft, trany mounts, and rear end if wanted...... The parts themselves can run you up to almost $7,000-$8,000.
Everything I said is to the best of my knowledge...I don't know my own car like I did with the MK3 supra because I have only had my car for a month... but I am getting there.

Pretty much everything Kirk said is correct with the addition of a few points. Here goes.
The NA and TT blocks are identical with the exception of different pistons and rods. The TT also has oil squirters to help lub the pistons. The major differences come in above that. The heads are completely different. Different exhaust and intake manifold bolt patterns so you can't just bolt a TT setup to the NA. Also the compression ratios are different, NA 10:1, TT 8.5:1. The intake and exhaust ports are bigger on the NA however to get better flow so Turbocharging the NA you will have a little better flow. The next problem is the fuel system. The NA comes with 315cc top feed high impedence injectors, the TT comes with 550cc side feed low impedence injectors. the NA fuel pump is also alot smaller than the TT. Next the Transmittion is different from the NA to TT. The TT has the 6 speed or automatic. The NA has a 5 speed or a less stout automatic. The turbo rear end is also different in that it is equipped with a LSD unit. The NA are not set up with the lsd rear but the 93-96 NA have 4.27 rears, good for quick acceleration. Brakes are also smaller on the NA. Other little things that aren't really that important...
