Why Can't I copy and paste a link?

Why Can't I copy and paste a link?

When I want to copy and past a TR link into another TR thread...
to refer it to someone......

I highlight the URL/thread where I am.

I click "edit" at the screen top left.
It shows "cut/copy/paste" in GREY and will not allow me to
copy the UR/link.

Any ideas on why this is happening?
...or is there a switch that needs to be flipped to allow Senor Honda
to cut/copy/paste TR links into other TR links?

highlight the URL, crtl+c, move cursor to placement area of your choice, ctrl+v. Try that out and see if it works
