TR is not allowing me to copy and paste any

I was trying to help a member find some car meets in the local events.
I had to copy and paste entire posts from past local events instead of just copy/pasting a TR URL, and referring him to that thread.

The Problem......
For some reason, TR is not allowing me to copy and paste any
TR thread URL's....
---------------------------------------
It would be easier to refer people to past local event URLs.
Any idea what needs to be done to allow me to copy/paste TR URL's?

Am I being punished for past offenses.......LOL.....
