Do you mean find threads that you started? You can just go to your profile and then click on "threads started by ...."

 

or if u want to follow ones u didnt start u can goto thread tools and pick subscribe to thread.

 

Just go to Usercp at the top of the screen. It should automatically bring up every thread that you posted in. It will only bring up threads that people posted after you though. So if there is no reply after you, you wont see it.
