rusted hub to the axle on a subaru????

help guys i think the hub and axle is rusted together and i need help getting it off i did everything but burn the car up and collect insurance on it!!!!

Sorry I wasn't much help. I have been spending alot of time up north and have come to realize I would never be able to own a car I cared about up there. Not with all the salt on the roads and other crap.
