The Tampa crew from Nasoic are having thier gtg at 6pm, at the green iguana on dalemabry near the staduim.


If you guys want to caravan from Target, I'm down...we can also leave around 6pm.

I was into single track for a while, but I have gotten away from riding this last year with a busy work and family schedule. Itching to get back out though!!

It's the only real exercise I got besides 10 million stairs at work with my tools and gear on. which is no form of cardio at all.
