Idle is way lean, should be much closer to 14.7, crusing sounds good, for stock turbo 12.6 is good for boost.

Possible but you would have low vacuum on your boost guage and very bad idle quality.

It idles fine and runs great! Could it possibly be o2 sensor? It was tuned by previous owner. I going to get snowman to tune it I just wanted to see how bad the ratios were and under boost it is 12.3 not 12.6 typo

Might be the sensor, take it out anfd test it. Easy way is to spray bake clean on a rag and hold it over the sensor. It should go rich, 11 or lower. Or u could check the voltage of the oem oxygen sensor. That will tell u if u are, actually lean at idle.
