Pressure plate/throwout bearing retaining clip
Hey all, I have a painfully stupid issue that I could really use some help with:
Ok, so I have a 02 JDM STi 6-speed in an SVX (yep). I am swapping the motor, and now I can't find the little wavy spring that goes between the pressure plate and the retainer clip for the throwout bearing for the pull-style clutch. It's an Exedy OEM or stage 1 replacement clutch, so it uses the same clip and wavy spring that the OEM STi ones do. I have called around several places and I went to Mastro. No one knows where to get one without a whole new pressure plate. Subaru doesn't even have a separate part number for it.
So where can I source one of these? I emailed exedy and I've yet to get a response.
Anyone have a take-off from their OEM clutch that they sell me so I can get the car back together?
(BTW, I hope no one cares I cross-posted this on NASIOC).
