I am looking for some parts for my 95 Impreza 1.8 FWD 5sd (I assume it's the base model because it is FWD but it does have a/c). I found a cat back exhaust and headers for my new project but they are for a RS EJ25 http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...RK:MESINDXX:IT / and http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...RK:MESINDXX:IT but I'm not sure they will fit. Being this is my first Suby and I know nothing about them I'm asking for some help. I'm pretty sure the AWD and FWD are setup different but I read if I wanted to go AWD in the future I can leave the front alone and swap the back out, among other things... The body is in pretty good shape with no rust or major damage. The front left front (driver side) looks like it was ran into something that bent the clip into the corner lens and shattered it. I would like to know of any good body shops (33614) that know how to treat their customers for repeat business and would wet sand her down and primer her. I can't really trust any google reviews because these days the owners will go on there and leave false statements so I'm asking the TR team for help. I went to Mad Hatter before but they messed my a/c up in my J30 so I refuse to go there again. Also if anyone can tell me what engine/exhaust/suspension part are interchangeable with other cars it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. I'll post some pics up soon.

Everything impreza up to 2001 will almost swap over. You have a 1.8 FWD. It's a hassle to go AWD, as you'd need to build the back, add a rear diff, drivesshaft and new transmission.

as for exhaust its plug and play from any impreza 92-01, legacy's also to an extend. 1.8 is single port so you need to keep your headers and swap exhaust (no point really)

just keep it stock

nah find your self a wreck wrx and swap that bitch! youll have all your parts and it will all swap over interior seats motor trans everything and youll have a bad car!

Thanks man... A neighbor hit my car yesterday and took out the whole passenger front corner (headlight, corner lens, bumper, hood and fender). So now I'm in the market for replacements... or maybe other mods? Can't do w/o a headlight but might pass on the other parts to get some suspension work done because I need a rack and pinion and CV joints.

Okay so I was on the way to the shop and she jumped timing. Weak tensioner and should be ready today. Got a check for $1000 for damages to front. Ordered some hallo lamps, CV joints, new slotted/drilled rotors and pads, new drums and pads for the back, H&R lowering Springs & KYB shocks. I guess I got a bit of work to do now... Looking for feet black or white 17"'s... then maybe she will be worth posting pics...

BTW decided to not do a swap... just want to build her up and trade her off or sell her to get 4 dr RS.

Sell the car? Are you crazy? I love my Subby plus I don't mind gettin dirty. That's half the fun of buying a soon to be classic. Besides I'm not done playing with her just yet... May even give her to my son when I finish.
