Doesn't seem sketchy to me. All the performance mods he had was a turboback exhaust and the rest was maintenance really. Plus he has a wideband so he "should" have been tuned right. In my book, people that keep all the stock parts and include them is a really good sign. If you are really worried, put the stock exhaust stuff on and reflash to stock tune.

i guess chrome is right just check all the normal stuff oh and almost 200,000 miles on an 04 is crazy imo lol
