Brake light bulbs keeps blowing??

Brake light bulbs keeps blowing??
Alright so i have had my car for about a year and a half almost and ive had to replace my brake light bulbs about 3 times now and now the passenger is out again.That seems like its happening way to much.Ive only used sylvania bulbs not just the cheepos so what could it be? This last time it poped so bad it melts the blue film around the bulbs and chared like the glass and stuff.

Sylvania bulbs are junk. 
I'd check to make sure you don't have any shorts or anything tapped into the brake light harness. Also, check the wattage of the OEM bulbs vs the Sylvanias.

ive tried other bulbs they sell at advance and those poped to not sure luckly i have a friend who works there so these were free this time lol

Well, I never had good luck with any Sylvania bulbs. I went through two sets of Sylvania silverstar headlight bulbs in a years time (all 4 I bought burned out at different intervals, but only lasted a max of a year). Bought OEM headlight bulbs and finally one burned out after 2 years and that is with much more night driving than with the Sylvanias
