just curious, what is your idea of slipping? seems everyone has a different idea of this. what exactly it your car doing when it is "slipping"?

by any chance, does your whole car shutter really bad when taking off and also when downshifting?

ok whenever im on 4th 5th or 6th and press on the gas the rpms goes up but the car is not moving...and smells like burned clutch. so the clutch disc is not grabbing the flywheel or the pressure plate.

its got to be in the pressure plate then if you smell the clutch burning up. shit sucks, but you might have to pull it back apart. pray to god it hasnt put hot spots on that freshly resurfaced flywheel. check to make sure nothing could be interferring with the clutch fork and slave causing it to hang up. if you do pull it back apart check the throwout bearing and where it contacts the PP.

i cant see there being a problem with a brand new PP unless something is causing it to hang up. especially if its stiffer than stock. assuming it is (since its a "stage two")

goodluck man.

Sounds like you might have taken too much off the flywheel.

well i took the flywheel to tampa bay city clutch on hillsborough and 41 to get resurface but he also took some off the top ( where you bolt the pressure plate to the flywheel) to make it even... i wonder if i can tell him to take a lil more from the top...seems like the pressure plate doesnt have enough pressure to grab the flyheel
