Default need some help

i changed the rear handbrake pads on my newage sti and since then the abs has been over sensitive it even kicks in whn the car comes to a near halt this is strange as the abs does not work under 12 mph any advice welcomed

Well I know this doesn't help you much but when I took my car in to get a wheel stud replaced, my abs light stayed on after they fixed the stud. I guess the sensor wasn't put back on? I dunno, but they messed up and they just reinstalled whatever needed to be installed. So maybe, that thing is partially put in and needs to be tighted or something? Sorry I'm not helping much.
