Awesome video. What mods were done to the STi? Do you know what was done to the GTR? That GTR sounded so beast when it passed by. Great driving Scott

The RSTi is a '95 Impreza that we built for a customer. It has a 35R and FMIC, KW V3's (soon to be upgraded to T2's), StopTechs, and 245/40/17 BFG R1's.

It can safely run 21psi on the map it was running that day, but the deal with the customer is that we run low boost until he can run within 2 seconds of my time and then we turn it up, so we were only at 18 psi on the defi (which is about 17 actual) so if I had turned it up the GTR wouldn't have gotten away so much. At 21 psi we do 161-163 on the back straight instead of barely 145.

The GTR is Sharif's. It's got intakes, full exhaust and a tune. It's pretty conservative and only makes about 520whp. It also has JRZ triples, and was running 295 front, 305 rear R888. And that super-sexy active rear wing. Take a good look and you'll see that it flips up under braking, goes to 7degrees through the corner and lays flat on the straights

I've been to that track a couple years ago when i was with NASA...absolutely breathtaking!!! If anyone ever gets a chance just to drive around the outside of the track it's so worth it. A note to the driver....seems like you could have been a little more aggressive coming out of the turns....
