Well as I was driving home today my driver's side front coilover snapped in two pieces. Right behind the weld on both sides it completely disembarks and I see even more cracks on the coilover itself. Its the Tein Flex and have been on the car since I bought it new in 2007. They have 14k on them and this is what happens.

Any advice on what I should do from here or what I should explain to Tein to try and get this resolved?












If anyone local has stock struts/springs or anything that I can ride on until I can get this resolved it would be much appreciated. If you don't need them, I might buy them from you. Thanks for any help

they'll probably charge you for a new one. depending on how much it costs, you might just buy a new one and then sell them all. thats what I did when mine broke.

Is that the general concensus about Tein product around here? I know that there are many Suby's riding around with the Tein Flex product out there. This is the second failure I read about this month (other was from the Forester forums)
