Yeah the fans are turning on. I have been filling from the top water inlet rather than the radiator like a dope. Heat seems to be working now after filling from the radiator.
I think i just had one of those Joe dirt "I'm new" moments.

Damn it....I'm looking at cosworth headgaskets and cosworth head studs on rally sport direct. What kind of compression psi am i looking for?
If i do these headgaskets and studs i'm going to go for alot more power. Deatschwerks injectors and an 18G. If I am nice to the transmission it should last....

18g is a big turbo for a 2.0L... but should be fun, hopefully you get all the gremlins out the engine soon.

another set of stock head gaskets and arp headstuds would be a great combo. Stock head gaskets are great ask all the Subaru builders and they would def agree. Good luck man.

The head bolts are too long to get out. Not to mention there would be some major problemage fitting a torque wrench back there.

If anyone cares i think i found the problem. I put in another thermostat and the heater core makes the car warm! AWESOME!
The motor has solid compression across the board and after i put the new thermostat in it stopped bubbling. Unfortunately the top radiator hose is warm and the bottom one is ice cold, meaning its not opening. Theres no way i have received a bad thermostat from Advance twice and a bad one from Subaru in a row. My diagnosis now is that the water pump aint doin' shit. Along with the 10% coolant and 90% water mixture i was running . WELLLLL after i throw in the water pump ill post again to tell you if its working properly. Its never been heated up past the second bar on the temp gauge so it hasn't done any damage.
Should have just listened to you guys from the start
