ohh, ok I see where you're coming from. No, I didn't steal it
When I had found the owner she said she had lost the title, so we did a lost title request and a transfer. The "lost" title ended up being buried in the glove box, I didn't find that out until I had a key made for the car.

A bit of an update I guess. The car is now paying me
From the day I bought my daily up until last week I have had nothing but problems with the front calipers, one was always hanging up and both were badly rusted. The Monday before last on the way home from college the one that hung up finally seized, that week though was when all my finals were taking place so I had to just drive through it until last weekend. When I finally pulled off the wheel this is what I found.

At the moment about all I can afford is food and gas so rebuilding my calipers really wasn't an option, nor was buying new ones. The other impreza to the rescue! Turns out it had just had the front brake system replaced entirely it seemed, or it was just that clean. The rotors still had a lot of meat on them and the brake pads even were about 70% I ended up swapping both sides, calipers, pads and rotors and its an amazing difference. The car has a lot more pep now, my only guess being that the passenger caliper was always dragging. The other huge difference is the car no longer shakes over 70mph, I always thought it was a bad cv joint but it turned out to be a warped rotor.
