If the cops came to charge me with stealing there car id beat the shit out them. The car is on your property so you do have the right to get in and drive it off the property. granted he must of drove it down the street, but who gives a fuck.

IIRC,you can't shoot someone for being on your property.

 

If a burglar can file a suit against a homeowner because the burglar broke their leg while breaking into your home, you should probably just let them steal whatever they want and hopefully their not there to kill you.
