I'm starting to think its a leak in my uppipe or something. It sounds like there is a ting between the turbo and the header.

Have you driven the car on Gadiel's 93 pump tune before your EWG became quiet?

Edit: Can you data log the car?

Was the last pull done on race gas or pump gas?

You also said you switched to an MBC. Did Gadiel tune it while you had your stock BCS?

Check my edit up top.

I want to say with your race gas tune, your wastegate had to open up much more than with the pump gas tune. It's hard to say without going in and looking at both of his tunes.

I just have a hard time believing that your car quieted down as much as you say it has without there being a mechanical issue somewhere (ie a leak in exhaust or boost).

I'm almost positive there is an exhaust leak near the uppipe. But even if there is, that would make my wastegate nearly shut up completely?

I switched to the mbc after the tune.

Do you still have the stock boost control solenoid? Reinstall it and see what happens.

All your wastegate does is release excess exhaust gases to control your boost levels. If your MBC is improperly setup, it wont open the wastegate. Wastegate springs also make a difference. Your race gas tune may be set at 28psi and your pump at 20psi. If you're running a 1.5 bar spring your wastegate won't open up as much on your pump tune like your race tune.

My spring is either a .9bar or 1.0bar. My other bcs is broken. I may have to have gadiel email an adjusted tune for the new mbc.
