No reason to ban someone for asking questions. You could always respectfully ask that he post in a different format, but it's ultimately up to him.
I think that the reasonable thing to do is ignore him if the posts bother you that much.

although i do not think skoloseven should be banned, i came into work this morning and got TR, haha, but saw like 9 new threads posted by the skoloseven. i mean, come on. that is flooding this section horribly. skolo, i think you should gather up all the questions you have, and ask them twice a week.
