Default WRX Coolant Line Wrap

Is it safe to wrap the OEM coolant lines? My car only has 72k on it and the rubber appears to be safe... How many others here have the coolant lines wrapped in exhaust wrap? I did the header/crossover/ mid and had some left over and thought why not wrap the coolant lines too!

I dont think you would really want to wrap coolant lines since you want the coolant to displace more heat out of the lines rather than keep the heat in the lines.

considering that you can use minimal heat transferring silicone hoses, I don't think it's a problem. Just make sure to use a coolant additive like Purple Ice, and use a good water:coolant ratio
