Coilovers
I've had BC's since last Mar and to be honest I'm not real happy with them. The front right starting clunking after about 3 months and now the right rear is doing the same thing. The good news is they replaced the front one free of charge. I havent had time to call them about the rear. Still they shouldnt go bad after 10k miles or less. I'm going Tein's or Megan's next time.

got the coilovers on. havent adjusted them at all yet. too tired last night. plus, i think half my wheel studs are stripped, so thats lovely. without even adjusting them, the ride is amazing. my rear sway bar isnt even hooked up anymore, broke the endlink last night. tuesday, i am installing the perrin f+r 25mm sway bars, and the perrin subframe brace. that should make the car even better. only thing left i think ill do as far as suspension is the perrin anti lift kit. cant wait to get the alignment and adjust the coilovers!

Ya megan's are made by BC they are the same as BC's older model just a differnt color IIRC. I do like my megans but I do have a sound now when I'm turning, I think it's my whiteline RCA kit, which I'm getting a free replacement for since they recalled them..

idk what lugs you are using, but if you are stripping them the only thing I can assume are titanium or aluminum lugs. Use steel lugs, they really don't weigh that much more and 99.99999999% of people on earth (including me) would never even know the difference. The only time I have ever stripped studs has been when using titanium lugs.

Did a mechanic or yourself use a impact gun to put them on? If so use (or tell them to) use a 80lb torque stick.
I just saw, about a week ago, that someone BROKE a Megan coilover in half. He said he hit a small pot hole and the whole thing snapped in half.

I used an impact gun on my wheels EVERY time... and I swapped wheels *at least* 4 times a month. No issues with steel lugs
