T-shirts anyone?
Combine these two for the front and then throw the drawing of whichever Subie the customer wants on the back also get rid of the FS and put STi or WRX based on customer preference. Guaranteed you sell a ton of them and it will be the best Subie shirt available period

I would love to, but this particular place won't let me print on the sleeve or the back on a black shirt (ghey). I'm looking at other options right now, but the new design in red is just about the best I'm going to be able to offer with cafepress.
ok, I'm going elsewhere for t-shirt printing. I'll be posting up here shortly with another (much better) design, close to what you're talking about, Joe
So you people had better keep buying, lol! I want to see my shit out there when I come to the meet!!!!

Racer-X (Frank? lol)
Don't forget about the place I told you about. Their minimum is a dozen (although the more you get the cheaper it is)
An example. If you're going to do a simple white tee with a one-color print... go for 12-24 pcs with no trouble.
For the first black one up there (sick by the way) you've got three colors and an underbase = 4 total. You might want to run more of them, because you get charged per color, and you get charged per screen at some places.
You may spend more money to run the actual PRINT, but more people are inclined to buy a shirt if the print looks good.
Another tee-shirt idea I was thinking of for you... Look up "Authentic Pigment Dyed". I believe they're an Anvil brand, and their shirts have that distressed, washed 8-million times look that goes well with a distressed print.

Oh... and if you want to do some inexpensive polos... Devon and Jones sells a Pima Cotton polo...SUPER soft, and they have some VERY inexpensive imprintable polos... when I say imprintable, you could TECHNICALLY get away with screenprinting them because the pique' is very fine and you wouldn't have to go so thick with the ink like on some others.

OK, so here's the deal: every other shirt place that I can find (without having to make a significant capital investment) is charging too much for the design. Someday Subie, I'm checking your place out, as well, but that won't be in time for the meet. I also contacted a few chinese manufacturers and I've gotten some pretty good quotes, so I'm considering buying a small shipment and hocking them, lol
For right now, the only effective way is through cafepress. I figured out that the markup was scaled on a margin, which I'm able to change so that they're cheaper. Also, this is the best that I can do with that 10" x 10" square: votes?
