they blame the economy but it's probably cuz of s2000 regulations

maybe not since they are not restricted by WRC they can make cars that are better for road racing.

It is bad news. But they won't be out completely, they just wont be a manufacturer team anymore. It'll be like when Citroen dropped for a year and Loeb drove with a privateer Citroen team. There will still be subaru's, at least for next year before the Super2000 rules come into play.
However Prodrive did say they might build their own car to meet the S2000 rules, which would be sweet to see.

a majority of the media in the US follows the x-game style events that are on channels everyone has...its basically like a subaru sponsored rally/time attack event...that is pretty good advertising for subaru...with kids now wanting to be travis pistrana and ken block i bet after people watch those videos they want a subaru. it probably costs subaru alot less. please make a 2 door sti

It's like mcdonalds with out the big mac.
I always thought subaru was the WRC holiness. Everyone else had a peg legged chance in a 2-man sack race.
Where's the beef man?? No substance anymore. I only watched for subaru, everything else was just shit in their way.
Oh well, my subaru came from the time subaru was in WRC--- so does that mean it's worth more now?
I'd like to drag my sack across the face of whoever called "NO SUBARU IN WRC" and made it official. who is responsible for this? They are the true comming of the anti-christ. World is over. Hell has froze over. Ice has formed in haites. Demons are tossing snow balls at one another. This can't be true! Say it isn't so!!!!
