Default Help with clutch problem

Ok so I need some help figuring out what the hell is wrong with my clutch. First off I have a JDM 4.44 STI 5 speed w/ rear diff mounted to an 03 wrx block. When I made the switch I put in a brand new stock clutch and flywheel.

I broke the clutch in nice and easy, and don't have any problems driving the car around town at a moderate pace. The problem is that whenever I punch it WOT, as soon as I go to shift before redline the clutch feels like it sticks to the floor and will engage almost instantly or not at all. It will shift fine below 5k, but anything with a full load sucks it to the floor.

Any help is much appreciated as this sucks....also if anyone wants to go for a ride to see what I am talking about let me know.

Sounds to me like the clutch needs to be bled and/or adjusted. I'm in Sarasota; I'll help you if you can get here.

I'm a little too far from sarasota, but I can try and bleed the clutch and adjust it myself. I just must not have adjusted it right the first time.

Thanks for the help....and craig I am going to pm you soon to see if you can help me install my timing belt we never got around to doing.
