I believe the gap is 28 on specVmatt's car, if I remember correctly... If you're running insanely rich, you could have totally fouled them in only 300 miles, but I'd be more inclined to think it was the tune...

What was the weather like?

mine are gapped to 28 as well... just pulled the plugs and with 30k miles they look perfect, just a little brown. no wetness or black or white or anything. +1 snowman

could be a boost leak but more then likely that sounds like an exhaust leak my cars going through the same thing right now because of my uppipe leak...

hmm... makes me wonder about the uppipe now. also have a noise, sounds like a bolt vibrating against metal or something. only happens when i hit the throttle, even ever so slightly. but that could be anything. but it sounds like its coming from the uppipe, i mean, on that side of the car.

uppipe will be a much higher pitched noise. Could be from the headers though possibly

i would check for boost leak. a boost leak would cause the afr to dip into the 10s.
