yeah it started when I was 14 working on my friends car that was 16 yrs old... 86 camaro-- mainly got into it with stereo stuff. subs, head units, etc.. it all just spawned from there. Then I modified a 99 Grand prix GT, then a 98 F150, then a 2001 C240, then a 98 Ls1 z28,,,, and now I'm onto the subaru..

By far, the subaru has been the most fun to modify, you really see results with each little thing you do. However, I did not do much modification to this car yet, as 99% was done by previous owner.. I'm just getting my feet wet and LOVE it

did the car have any check engine lights when you first got it.
did the p0031 come after the purge valve delete?

normally if the cats are out of the car and no tune it will pull rear o2 sensor codes.

p0444 was a new code thrown by removing the purge switch, and the p0031 has been there since i bought the car

dude keep it in your pants.... its a td04, its not that fast lol. the main point of a tune now is to make the car reliable so you dont blow up the engine.

Why did you get rid of your LS1 Camaro if you don't mind me asking?

a nice smooth powerband sounds tasty, mine is still rather jerky.. However, after reinstalling the purge system it ran MUCH better... I think w/o a purge system and running stock ecu un-tuned it makes it run like carp.

Anyway, I'm still untuned and need dire help. If you have a tactrix, openport, etc and can upload some generic maps to my ECU--- call me at 3523467861 and let me know when the soonest is I can get a quick flash-- I'll come to you --

Thanks in advance!!
