clutch install question

Default clutch install question

do i HAVE to get a new flywheel or could i use the one thats on there now? my car will be gone here very soon

i believe it needs to at least be resurfaced. call s&r and ask, they will know... maybe you should just have them do the install as well, save you the hassle and a bunch of time

nope, ryan is gonna do it for cheaper then they can do it... plus this car is goin by by here soon

no more subaru, can't deal with insurance and this glass transmission

actually i have the same question. im going to need a new clutch for the build. will i need a new flywheel? also, how long will the stock clutch last with a dom3 turbo?

How many miles on the flywheel Chuck? Is it the stock flywheel? Stock clutch going back in?

14k miles on act lightened flywheel, and won't be stock clutch goin back in

You could have it resurfaced, although heard it isn't recommended.

As long as your flywheel is in good condition, it will be a matter of hitting it with a fine sandpaper and some brake clean for about a minute...
