Trading/Selling the STi.
replacement will be a sentra, corolla or civic. I drive 50 miles a day and 20 MPG + 93 + $4 gas just isnt worth it. I cant remember the last time I drove the STi spirited.. i drive a minivan on the weekends with the kids/wife and the Sti is going to waste.
So I might try to trade it tomorrow, or failing that sell it provate.. either way I want an auto with cold air and 30+ MPG.
Pity Subaru doesnt make a fuel efficient car or a minivan, I would have bought both this week.

I must be Crazy... LOL
Everyone is dropping there sports cars for fuel-econo boxes, and I go out and buy an Evo IX to add to the toy box.
I wish the best of luck to you, if you are intrested in trade please PM and I can pass on a friends info that works at Bert Smith. I know he will take care of you.

Wow man, sorry to hear this. I understand if you have a family and other cars at your disposal. I don't think I'll ever get rid of my STI because of what it costs to maintain it (I waited 3 years until I could more than afford one before I made the plunge--yes I'm a patient guy!). You must be driving it conservatively to hit 20mpg. Are you just staying out of boost to accomplish this? Mostly highway miles? I'd love some tips I can't remember the last time I got over 16mpg...I'm usually in the 10-15 mpg range!!
