Another rear diff question! HOMEMADE, help!

yeah, you would have to drill if you don't have an r180 flange or an autoshaft. I'd trade you as I have an R180 (reflanged) and an automatic's shaft...

If drilling be spot-on and dead center or else you'll have a "wonderful" vibration.

also, as far as I know your 06 axles shouldn't have a problem with on 02 wrx rear diff (assuming its a re-geared wrx rear end).

Homemade, can you drill the flange for me? I got a 02 rear diff with a 3.9

well, cost of machine time vs. shipping shafts...the shaft swap may actually be cheaper
that and then nothing is ghetto rigged either!

Check your local junkyards for any automatic impreza. The driveshaft will be exactly what you need.

Either that or I should be taking a trip on down to tampa in 3 weeks...should

Hmmm.... Maybe ill try and drill the holes out myself! how much bigger do they need to be??
