im going up to GA on Friday to pick up my car.... i HIGHLY doubt i'll have the time or the money to make it back here and then make the cruise. Sorry guys, i'd love to go but i was planning on having my car back weeks ago

Here are my ideas:
1) Pinellas County people meet at QSL on 49th St at 6:00-6:30 (leave for tampa at 6:30)
2) Meet in Tampa at Best Buy and leave at 7:10am
3) Leave Brandon and head to final destination at 7:50????
4) At each meet everyone needs to have pieces of paper with there car description and cell number on it. This way if someone needs help they can call the last car they remember seeing.
5) We need to pick 2-3 Gas stations on the way so everyone knows this is when we will be pulling off for gas/snacks and also strech legs.
6) Gas stops should be orginized and who ever is leading needs to make sure everyone he has a number (refer to piece of paper with number on it) for is ready to go before we leave.
7) Somone needs to be picked for Lead Car, Tail car and center car. And thoose 3 people need to stay in contact with each other. This will allow us to know if someone is pulling off or if there is an emergency. Will also work when we start getting paced by the cops, as a heads up. Each one of these 3 cars should have a passenger/navigator to help with lookout and communications.
Whoever is the lead car needs to know where they are going, have maps and GPS. They also need to maintain a speed that wont bore everyone, but also wont get all 30 cars a racing on a highway/speeding ticket. I am exceited about this event but if lead starts pacing at 100mph, ill pull out faster then a highschooler on prom night.
Let me know what you think about these ideas, I just really want this drive to be a fun event for the Tampa crowd. As for heading home, its all for yourself. I have GPS and I know I can figure out how to get home. You want to drive back with me cool let me know

Good ideas changed time to leave brandon at 7:35AM no later. also dose everyone still want numbers on there car?? i can make a list of the car number, cell number, car color and anything else we need to know. i will be happy to be lead car unless someone else wants to i will not be going more than 15mph over the speed limit and i have someone riding with me to help.
if you guys want to pm me your cell phone numbers and car description i will be happy to make a list for every one.
