Default Overboost and CEL

My car is an 03' w/ a HKS TBE, gutted uppipe, Monster P&P TD-04 and Prcocess West CAI. I removed the 3/16th T-fitting and replaced it with the stock one and took my car out for a ride. Before I was having boost surging issues and after I put the stock T-fitting back on the car held boost great in 1st-3rd, but when I went to 4th the car hit 18lbs or so and I got a CEL and fuel cut.

Does anyone have any thoughts on what this could be? I reset the ECU and I'm kind of hoping that maybe the ECU will relearn everything.

I didn't check it yet, but last time I got it it was something to do with the solenoid. It comes on when I'm in boost and at around 18lbs or so, theres a loud bang and the CEL comes on, but the car runs the same afterwards.

loud bang!???? does the car buck when it does that. im assuming you think thats fuel cut. thats weird, im running 18-19 pounds with no fuel cut. Run some fuel injector cleaner thru it, reset the ecu and see if it still does it.
