Default Changing exhaust with existing tune..

If you have a tune with one type of turbo back exhaust, and then get another type do you need a re-tune? My initial Turbo back had a HKS down pipe with OEM type flange. I have changed out to a full APS turbo back with divorced plate down pipe. With the possible air flow difference, do you need a re-tune. I had Jeff tune my Subie. Any opinions would help.

EDIT: I'm not having any driving issues, but it seems to surge a little under WOT.

Yes they are both 3 inch exhausts. I did disconnect the negative terminal, and reset the ECU, and perhaps the ECU needs to relearn the parameters, etc... I do recall the ECU needing to build up to that ideal number 16 I believe... I;ll drive a bit, and do a few pulls I suppose. Thank you for your input very much!!

Michelle, I REALLY like this exhaust a lot. Sounds awesome to, and how this set is made, and the quality I now see where the cost is from.. Took about an hour to install, and the toughest part were a few nuts on the bottom of the down pipe, and the test pipe bolting together. Other than that this exhaust is a cinch to build/install.. Thank you for your assistance once again..
