want some suggestions
personally if it is just going to be a street car, I would stick with springs and AGX's...just my $0.02
I'd leave the hassle of coilovers and rebuilds for the motorsport heads...if you really want them, then get them...the tein flex are a good cheap set as are the D2's...
if you're like me then you get the motons, DMS's or the likewise.

hehe d2 is as good as ksports because they are the same...i laugh at that, i wouldnt call them competition.
tein flex are over $400 more then the bc's...if you blow one out, kiss your setup good bye for a month.
sure kyb agx's and some springs could get you by...without any real warranty, and they aren't a true match.
yes dms and motons kick ass...but if your not a track guru...why? not everyone has that $ to throw around.
rebuilds? oh no!...every 75k miles..
only 1 business day away in orlando...that stinks

D2's and flex's are the junk to toss on a car for looks/street driving....I said DMS and Moton's would be my route as a track junky...
local rebuilds for the win though!!! sounds like a winner for what he wants.
i have driven with a lot of different set ups on STI`s and WRX`s as well as installed them.
if you want a great ride, that is not to bad on the wallet mod, the BC`s the way to go. great entry level coilover.
i have had 10k (kilogram) as well as 1000lb springs on coilovers on a suby, stiffer springs doesn't mean better handling. you will be skipping across the pavement rather than sticking to it... but if you dont plan to do any racing, i would recommend doing H&R springs on some AGX struts. this will probably give you the best daily driver comfort, with increased handling. and you can install them yourself with minimal tools.
but if you are set on a box set coilover package, the BC is the cheapest, and i have installed 4 or 5 sets and everybody has been happy with them.
i had Teins on my car and i didn't like them. i went with Ohlins on my GTR. IMO, there is not a better set up out of a box that is made to order. but the cost is more, as well as wait times in most cases.
if you have any questions feel free to send me a IM.
