You bought a SUBARU! that means you obviously don't care about ride quality or ride comfort! When I buy tires I don't even consider tire noise....

Ok Shakira don't get your panties in a bunch. Just because you think you drive a race car, doesn't mean everyone else does.

its not a race car (well until i get the cage within the next few months and strip everything out ) but you don't buy a subaru assuming that its going to be a nice car to drive. thats why you buy BMWs...

225/45/17 is some magical size for those where they are cheaper than 215s and 205s in those sizes. rated extremely well in the dry, excellent wet traction, and the tire pattern looks baller. Tire kingdom quoted me $119 a tire, and tirerack would have been $109 (but plus shipping). My car is actually there now.

These tires grip something serious! I am at about 50% tread and noise is a little worse but I got like 17k on the tires. I think they have worn pretty good considering.

Man $119 a tire? was that mounted? Tire rack has them for like $128 i think, for the 225/45/17. The cheapest I have been quoted to get them mounted was $80 for all 4.. which is a rip.

tire rack is now $109 for that tire. was $119 not including mounting or anything, but $109+$15 shipping each tire wouldve been the same or a little bit more expensive

it was weird i went to pick it up and the guy was like "so its $612" and i thought he was kidding, but after signing my name realized he was serious... this is the first time ive ever bought tires from them, i always bring my own lol

well $119 a tire is cheaper than $109 plus shipping from tire rack. $612 was to get 6 wheels mounted and balanced as well (had to get two of my track tires replaced)

I just had a flat the other day but didnt realize it till I was almost to work. I put the spair on but it was too late. The tire shop said the side wall was shot. Got it replaced but now I got 1 new tire and 3 that are not. I hate having one tire that isnt worn the same as the others. At $109 a tire I might just get 3 new ones now.
