Running high boost especially on a stock turbo will wreck your engine, turbo etc. When you run the turbo outside of it's effency range it's just blowing hot air.....
Do you have the required upgrades that are needed for Stage 2? Intake mods (CAI) are not needed for a stock turbo setup. I would assume if you were to follow the requirements for the stage 2 ots map you would see the expected results.

 

yeah i was pretty sure the td04 lost its efficiency around 18psi, 20 seems like a waste

also i doubt you have been trying to get jeff that long. he had tons of dates from june all up until november when he became very busy.
